PORTABLE SCOLIOMETER

Plastic instrument for the initial evaluation of scoliosis (lateral deviation of the spine, to the left or right), which must be followed by a visit to an orthopedist. It allows comparison of results over time and therefore a precise definition of the evolution of the pathological process detected by the specialist. The small sphere that oscillates inside a cavity indicates the degree of inclination with respect to the horizontal plane. The measurements provided are approximate and not sufficient for a complete diagnosis.
