Access to and use of the website www.csdispositivi.it belongs to and is managed by Cs Dispositivi srl. with registered office in Taranto, Corso Umberto I,110 registered with the R.E.A. n. 158698 Fiscal Code and VAT number 027723330730, are governed by these Conditions of Use and imply acceptance of them.
Product delivery methods
CsDispositivi delivers the Products, selected and ordered, to the Customer via national couriers and/or trusted shippers, or personally with its own representatives.
Delivery of the Products is subject to payment by the Customer of the relevant price with the payment method chosen from those made available by CsDispositivi.
The tax documentation (invoice) is issued by CsDispositivi based on the data relating to the user coding carried out upon registration on the site.
Intellectual property rights
The contents of csdispositivi.it, such as, by way of example, the works, images, photographs, music, sounds and videos, slogans, documents, drawings, figures, logos and any other material, in any format, published on csdispositivi.it, including the menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, characters and the design of the Site, the diagrams, the layouts, and the software that are part of the site are protected by law copyright and any other intellectual property rights of csdispositivi.it and other rights holders. Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product?
On Csdispositivi.it you can return a product if it is not compliant or damaged or different from the one ordered.
Or you can apply the right of withdrawal which allows you to return the purchased product, regardless of the reason for which you intend to exercise it, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order placed. It is possible to return all or part of the products purchased in the context of the single order.
NB: In the event that the return is due to change of mind, therefore not attributable to damaged products or products that do not conform to what was ordered, the shipping costs for the returned goods are borne by the customer.
Procedure for making a return
Send an email to info@csdispositivi.it
Write in the message the reasons why you want to make the return, specifying the order number and the codes of the items on which you want to make the return.
In order to proceed with the shipment of the return, you will need to wait for authorization from our logistics by attaching the return form with your DDT to avoid the package being lost in the warehouse. Otherwise it will not be possible to make a refund.
Please note: For damaged/broken products, or those that you consider different from those you ordered, it is strongly recommended to include a photograph of the products or the package tag, which you can attach to the return request.

In some cases, the photographs are for illustrative purposes only. There may be the possibility of photographs of items complete with accessories which must be purchased separately.
