Crea un ambiente umido idoneo alla guarigione della ferita, che favorisce il naturale sbrigliamento autolitico fornendo umidità al letto della ferita, mentre il componente di alginato potenzia la capacità di assorbimento. Il gel può essere usato anche per ammorbidire e idratare l'escara agevolando la reidratazione della ferita. Tempo di utilizzo più lungo.
